From a 50k ceiling to 394,000 views on one video.

One client’s run told in full, then the same method run again from zero. I’d rather show you two real results in depth than a wall of logos you can’t verify.

The starting state

Ski Hugger came in posting consistently inside a tight niche within skiing, capped hard at 50k views. That was their best video in six months of trying. Not failing, plateaued: the worst place to be, because everything looks almost right and nothing tells you what to fix.

The gap wasn’t effort. Nobody on the team could look at a finished video and name what was holding it back, so every post was a guess.

What week one looked like

No framework PDF. We went straight into the loop: plan, film, send me the video, get exact notes back, revise, post. The first week of running that loop produced the biggest video in the company’s history.

The receipt, straight from analytics: the week one video, posted April 11 after six months stuck under 50k. 394,000 views today.

One video, one revision pass

An older video on their page had done 800 views. I sent back six specific changes: cuts, a couple of re-records, a different opening line. They made the changes and reposted the same idea. It did 13,000. In their niche, that’s a monster number.

Nothing about the idea changed. The execution did. That’s the entire coaching in one anecdote: the difference between 800 and 13,000 views was knowing what to revise.

Two months in, their average views across every video are up about 4x. Not one lucky upload. The whole page.

I ran the same playbook on myself

In February 2026 I started a brand new account from zero. Same loop I coach: film, review, revise, post, repeat. Ten weeks later it had passed 2M views.

Starting from zero was deliberate. No audience, no leg up, no excuses. If the method only worked for people who were already big, I wanted to know before I charged anyone for it.

Straight from Instagram: 2,219,908 views, Feb 1 to May 1. The first video went up Feb 15, and the run passed 2M inside its first 10 weeks. 97.9% from non-followers, because there was no following to lean on. The account itself stays unnamed on purpose.
