Seven years of reps.

I’m Harrison. I’ve been obsessing over social algorithms since I was 12. Seven years across livestreaming, YouTube, and short-form: I built livestream communities past 10,000 people, worked alongside YouTubers with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and took a brand new short-form account from zero to 2M+ views in 10 weeks. The scars are the curriculum.

I’m also a national-level competitive speed climber. Speed climbing is one route, the same fifteen meters, repeated until it’s perfect. You don’t get faster by learning new moves. You get faster by repeating the same move with someone pointing at the tenth of a second you’re losing. That’s not a cute analogy for my coaching. It is my coaching.

Now I run that loop with established businesses whose content is stuck: your team films, I push back with specifics, you revise, until the skill lives in-house and you can fire me. Most companies in that position either keep guessing for years or hand an agency a fortune to stay dependent forever. I’m the third option.
